Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to join our growing tech startup, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO. The ideal candidate will manage both HR operations and provide executive-level support to the leadership team. This position plays a crucial role in building our company culture, implementing HR systems, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong leadership in driving HR initiatives and organizational change
  • Take ownership of HR strategy and make independent decisions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people matters
  • Lead complex negotiations with vendors, benefits providers, and stakeholders
  • Drive critical HR initiatives with bold, data-driven decisions
  • Influence and convince stakeholders at all levels to drive positive change
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems from the ground up
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team
  • Create and maintain professional documentation, presentations, and reports
  • Manage executive calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
