Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Key Responsibility

Collaborate with hiring managers to pinpoint staffing requirements and outline precise job descriptions.
Managing the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs and upgrades as necessary.
Oversee inventory management of office supplies, ensuring orders are placed timely for uninterrupted operations.
Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of all HR and personnel documents.
Compile and analyze financial data related to HR expenditures, including investments and payroll forecasts.

The ideal candidate:

You have knowledge of recruitment best practice and methodologies.
You are a self-starter with strong administration and organizational skills.
This roles requires someone who can work independently.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You have exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and tools is essential.
