Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment operations, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment standards and regulations. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with employee relations, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial screening of applications and organize background checks and reference checks.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their Manpower Recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Assist with managing employee records, ensuring they are updated and comply with legal requirements.
  • Manage the social media handle of the organization to promote job opportunities and increase brand awareness.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by tracking schedules, coordinating reviews, and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
  • Ensure HR records comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with preparing reports related to HR metrics and maintaining accurate data in the HR information system (HRIS).
  • Help organize training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Track training completion and gather feedback to improve future training initiatives.
  • Maintain office supplies related to HR and ensured an organized work environment.
