Job Description

Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact -information and employment details.
Calling companies to know more details about available jobs, application process and more.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee -----benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like a collection of graduates’ feedbacks.
Support other functions as assigned.
Excellent administrative and organization skills.
Adjusting resume as per the jobs in relation with reference to the graduate’s skills.
Perform orientations and submit reports on general HR activity.

Working Shift: 11 AM - 7 PM
