Position Overview
The HR Associate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, shortlisting qualified candidates, interviewing for key positions supporting FCDO’s LISP. This role will focus on recruiting LISP team members to support the programme activities located in Kathmandu, Karnali, and Lumbini (and later, Madesh) provinces, ensuring alignment with the programme’s goals of inclusivity, climate resilience, and effective governance.
