  • Managing end to end recruitment process 
  • Sourcing and qualifying relevant candidates through Job portals, references, and LinkedIn. 
  • Responsible for Recruitment, Selection via job portals, followed by screening, shortlisting and scheduling of interviews of the candidates. 
  • Screening candidates through telephonic interviews 
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills with good knowledge of the HR process, preferable in the IT industry.
