Job Description

Position Overview 

EB Pearls Group is looking for an HR Associate to perform various administrative and operative tasks and support the HR department’s daily activities. 

If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in Human resources and getting a closer look at how our company approaches administrative, payroll, recruiting, and employee development, we’d like to meet you. 

Key Roles 

  • Implement the policies, processes and regulation of attendance and leave, health and safety, and insurance. 
  • Prepare organogram, functional or departmental, and their relationships. 
  • Conduct onboarding of new staff as per standard procedure. 
  • Implement a staff training/development plans and activities. 
  • Conduct periodic staff survey/assessment complying with prescribed methods. Maintain data/records and transaction of staff from entry to exit. 
  • Support to prepare HR plan, activities, budget. 
  • Maintain an organized repository of online HR resources and documents. 
  • Prepare periodic HR reports. 

Competencies 

  • Has knowledge of the application of principles and practices of personnel administration. 
  • Good in Nepali and English (oral and written). 
  • Good in email, scheduling, office applications, and experience of online HRMS tools.
  •  Has a strong commitment to the organization's values, policies, and culture. 
  • Delivers the right thing, on time, with quality and accuracy. 
  • Identifies, assesses, and addresses potential issues in the workplace. 
  • Establishes a relation of trust with employees, and maintains confidentiality.
