Roles and responsibilities of this job

Recruit, select and interview candidates for new positions
Train and develop personnel
Prepare shift roster and manage employees attendance
Oversee team performance and encourage employees for new achievements
Communicate the latest information and updates to the team
Nurture a positive working environment and gather feedback from employees

Ongoing training, assistance, support, and supervision will be provided to the successful candidates on a daily basis.

Note: One vacancy is for Day Shift and other shift is Night Shift.
