Paragon Public School was established in the year 1994 in Battisputali, Kathmandu with 57 students and 15 staff members. In the year 2003 with the vision of providing quality education at an affordable cost by using modern pedagogies in the state-of-the art infrastructure facilities Paragon shifted to a permanent location beside the banks of Bagmati River . 


We are a school with a vision, aimed at creating citizens of a global community. The emphasis is on a stimulating, happy learning environment where a child's talents can be nuturned in fulfillment. Job Description

  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions, and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • Determines admissibility, transferability of credit, and residency for new and readmitted undergraduate students, classifies and places students into appropriate academic units.
  • Use a wide range of media to build and sustain a good image for a company, organization, or brand through planned publicity campaigns and PR activity.
  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
  • Writing and producing presentations and press releases
  • Visits schools and colleges, speak to groups and individual students, meets with school officials to develop partnerships between the University and other institutions throughout the state and coordinates community workshops, retreats, and on-site admissions programs.
  • As appropriate, advising students and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admission and other requirements, policies and procedures, transfer of credit, and financial assistance.
  • Prepares reports and proposals, and responds to inquiries from students and external agencies.
