Job Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the recruitment agency's client base. Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.

Candidate Screening

  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit based on client requirements.
  • Administer assessments and tests as needed.
  • Perform reference checks to verify employment history and qualifications.

Candidate Selection

  • Present qualified candidates to clients for consideration.
  • Communicate salary and benefits packages with candidates.
  • Provide candidates with detailed information about the job role, company culture, and expectations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs and requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to deployment.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
  • Adhere to recruitment agency policies, procedures, and ethical practices.
