Roles and responsibilities of this job

Managing staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
Providing admin support to the Management
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
