- 3–4 years of experience in administration, student services, or HR (offshore or onshore), with a strong focus on supporting students and managing HR functions.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with students and staff.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in document handling, data entry, and managing confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and comfortable learning new systems; experience using CRMs or student management systems (e.g., RTO Manager, aXcelerate) is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work proactively in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow up on outstanding tasks, prioritise work, and maintain accurate records for students and employees.
- Experience supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding, while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Assist with planning and executing training, orientation, development programs, and performance appraisals.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
- Foster employee engagement through communication, wellness programs, and team-building activities, while promoting a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or Australian-based team across time zones, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and align with company values and service standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both student and HR systems and processes.

- Experience in education or service-oriented organizations.
- Familiarity with office management tools and facility systems.
