Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and confidential manner.
Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Develop and update HR policies in line with best practices and company needs.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR-related paperwork.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Identifying and resolving administrative issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Handling correspondence and coordination with relevant vendors.
Procuring needed supplies for other office, reception, and pantry.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Required Age:More than 23 years

Qualifications

Prior experience in HR and administrative roles with minimum 1-2 years
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
