Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for new staff.
  • Handle contracts for new employees and outsourcing companies.
  • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Prepare and manage the monthly salary sheet for all employees.
  • Implement performance evaluations and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and safety protocols.
  • Organize staff training, workshops, and welfare initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to management and handle travel arrangements.
