Waldo Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Executive to manage HR operations and administrative tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will handle attendance management, recruitment processes, employee records, and ensure smooth HR functions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Update and maintain HR databases and employee records accurately.
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation as per company policy.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Perform administrative duties as required to support daily operations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR software systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Prior experience in HR/Admin roles in the hospitality sector is a plus.
