Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing HR reports (Punctuality report, Attendance report, overall leave report and others) & assist in coordinating/ executing training sessions, induction of new joining, review of probation period, ensure the process of insurance (Medical & GPA), and responsible for overall admin related activities of the  project

  • Able to handle all the responsibilities for a development team and office requirements
  • Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through contacts with agencies/ advertisers
  • Maintain and implement the HR policies into action
  • Manage proper working environment and enhance employee motivation
  • Regulate and maintain work ethics in the workplace
  • Maintain and update personal information of all staffs
  • Maintains legal files of the company (i.e brand registration, company registration, liscence and approval letters etc.)
  • Conduct performance appraisals, training and development programs
