Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support both HR operations and general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day activities in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Travelling Allowance process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Review and approve TADA claims, ensuring compliance with company policy.
  • Update all the daily attendance report and maintain leave balance. 
  • Oversee the monthly expenses, ensuring correct calculation and timely payments.
  • Implement and manage systems for tracking employees' live locations on daily basis.
  • Generate and analyze reports on employee locations and travel patterns.
  • Coordinate with other HR and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on respective softwares.
  • Maintain accurate records of all related HR activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees in understanding and complying with company policies.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and issues related to allowances and tracking.
