Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR and Admin Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support both HR operations and general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day activities in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer the Travelling Allowance process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
Review and approve TADA claims, ensuring compliance with company policy.
Update all the daily attendance report and maintain leave balance.
Oversee the monthly expenses, ensuring correct calculation and timely payments.
Implement and manage systems for tracking employees' live locations on daily basis.
Generate and analyze reports on employee locations and travel patterns.
Coordinate with other HR and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide training and guidance to employees on respective softwares.
Maintain accurate records of all related HR activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide support and guidance to employees in understanding and complying with company policies.
Address and resolve employee concerns and issues related to allowances and tracking.
