Job Description

You being a Manager- HR and Administration will be provided team of 3-5 Members (Graduates or Post Graduates in Managements or Commerce). Your team is expected to do below for the three offices of the Organisation Centrally:

  • Hiring employees of finance domain(CA, ACCA, Semi-qualified CA/ACCA, Bachelor/Master in Finance etc.) for the organisation to be worked on audit and Consulting projects or to work full time on client. 
  • For hiring of full time employee for client, to interact with client for the requirements of client and arranging and finalizing recruitment in touch with Firm's Partner and Client if necessary. 
  • Resource Planning and Monitoring time Management of the employees. 
  • Payroll Processing, Leave Management 
  • Liaising with Project Manager for timely Billing and Collection. 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
