HR Admin Manager

Poshilo Foods is a growing food and nutrition startup on a mission to create healthier choices for everyday lives. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and dependable HR/Admin Manager to join us and lead the development of our people operations from the ground up.

This is a foundational role that requires someone who is hands-on, organized, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the leadership team to develop and implement HR and administrative systems, policies, and procedures in alignment with company goals and compliance standards
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Drive performance management and support the professional development of team members
• Coordinate payroll processing and maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Ensure compliance with Nepalese labor laws, contracts, and internal documentation
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment
• Support employee engagement initiatives, team building, and culture development
• Provide administrative support across departments—managing logistics, scheduling, and documentation as needed
• Prepare regular HR reports and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Manage all office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative logistics
• Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions
• Help cultivate our startup culture from the ground up
• Stay updated on HR trends, tools, and best practices relevant to fast-paced, early-stage environments
