Job Description

Trade Tower Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Admin Executive. If you are passionate about human resources and administrative functions, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

  • Maintain accurate employee files in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from posting to onboarding.
  • Support payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursement.
  • Track and manage employee leave and attendance records, generating reports.
  • Develop and maintain employee schedules for operational coverage.
  • Track and manage company assets, conducting regular audits.
  • Coordinate office supplies, procurement, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, overseeing facility management.

Working Hours:

  • Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Working Days: 26 days in a month

Selection Process:

  • In-person Interview
  • Testing Period: 2 weeks before Final Selection
  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Contract Period: At least 2 years
