Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Assist Human Resources personnel in daily operations that ensure the protection and confidentiality of Team Members personnel files
Acts as a receptionist for HR office greeting Team Members
Assist HR and Benefits staff in daily operations
Assist in maintaining active and terminated personnel files
Set up new employee files for new hire orientations
Data entry of new hire paperwork into HRIS system
Maintain all employment verification requests and document
Maintain the employee information board(s)
Generate new hire packets for new hire orientation
Assist with Recruitment functions as needed
Assist the HR Director/Manager on special projects
Provide prompt, courteous guest service at all times following the casino’s guest service standards
Participate in and support all guest service training programs
Perform other duties as assigned
