Job Description

The HR Admin is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks within the department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and supporting the needs of employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee files and upload documents. (physical and in HRIS).
  • Distribute safety kits and manage medical kits for store openings.
  • Handle uniform requests and manage stock.
  • Maintain HR stationery and stock levels.
  • Input employee data and issue IDs using the HRIS.
  • Perform administrative tasks like scanning, photocopying, and attendance monitoring.
  • Prepare uniform distribution lists and weekly/monthly attendance reports.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
