Roles and responsibilities of this job

Hiring (Head Hunting): Find experienced professionals from websites, LinkedIn or Facebook and offer them to join us.
Shortlisting candidates from website and social media and other offline media and scheduling Interviews
Hiring selected candidate and preparation of all types of employment contracts, offer letters, negotiating salaries and other benefits in consultation with the department head
Collecting academic and experience document and maintain individual filing.
Monitoring Staff's Disciplinary Acts: Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Assist in performance evaluation and management processes
Handling company's social media pages and actively interaction on posts and queries.
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
Organizational and Managerial skills
Planning and Organizing Company's Annual and others Programs
Any other works assigned by the directors : Scheduling Meeting, Reminding and coordinating
