Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR management or a related field, with progressive responsibility
Excellent understanding of HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting
Exceptional conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
