• Oversee Housekeeping staffs’ duties on daily basis.
• Provide cleaning training to Housekeeping staffs and should provide maintenance update.
• Ensure and maintain highest cleaning standard of organization.
• Prepare duty schedule/roster of housekeeping staffs in every 15 days’ time interval.
• Ensure staffs’ safety and coordinating with engineering department regarding any maintenance issues.
• Monitor and replenish guests’ supplies.
• Participate in large cleaning project if required which is related to heavy machineries, expensive items etc.
• Other work-related tasks to perform as instructed by Housekeeping Executive.

Other Qualities Required: 

• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Should have time management and multi-tasking capabilities
• Should have problem solving and quick decision-making ability
• Should have better communication skill.
