Job Description

Oversee Housekeeping staffs’ duties on daily basis.
Provide cleaning training to Housekeeping staffs and should provide maintenance update.
Ensure and maintain highest cleaning standard of organization.
Prepare duty schedule/roster of housekeeping staffs in every 15 days’ time interval.
Ensure staffs’ safety and coordinating with engineering department regarding any maintenance issues.
Monitor and replenish guests’ supplies.
Participate in large cleaning project if required which is related to heavy machineries, expensive items etc.
Other work-related tasks to perform as instructed by Housekeeping Executive.

Other Qualities Required:

Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Should have time management and multi-tasking capabilities
Should have problem solving and quick decision-making ability
Should have better communication skill.
