We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Incharge to lead and manage the housekeeping team in our hotel. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in housekeeping management within the hotel industry, with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the hotel.

• Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to ensure optimal performance and high standards of cleanliness.
• Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring timely completion of duties.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure all staff adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Ensure that guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure that cleanliness standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of all hotel floors, lobbies, hallways, and public areas at all times.
• Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure supplies are ordered on time to avoid shortages.
• Keep track of the condition of all cleaning equipment and request maintenance or replacement as necessary.
• Ensure guest rooms are prepared and cleaned based on specific guest preferences or needs.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness and resolve them effectively.
