Hotel Heritage Bhaktapur is a boutique museum hotel located in the ancient town of Bhaktapur, Nepal. It offers an authentic experience of Nepal's cultural heritage and reflects the rich art, architecture, tradition, and history of the country, inspired by Newari architecture.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeping Assistant at Hotel Heritage Bhaktapur. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for performing daily housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas, organizing and restocking supplies, and providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests.

Qualifications

Excellent laundry skills and knowledge of proper handling and care of linens and garments
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring guest satisfaction
Organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas
Basic training or experience in housekeeping procedures and standards
Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks
Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during long hours of work
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
