  • Basic English communication skills (able to instruct in both English and Nepali).

Preferred Skills:

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Housekeeping and Cleaning Trainer who can deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training to our trainees preparing for jobs in hotels, resorts, and cleaning companies (mainly in Europe and Cyprus).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theory and practical classes on housekeeping and cleaning operations.
  • Demonstrate correct use of cleaning tools, materials, and chemicals safely.
  • Train students in bed-making, room arrangement, linen management, and guest room cleaning standards.
  • Teach workplace hygiene, grooming standards, and customer service behavior.
  • Conduct assessments, mock tests, and evaluations of trainee performance.
  • Ensure training area, equipment, and materials are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with the academy management for class schedules and progress updates.
