House Manager Wanted at Dusty Yak Foundation

The Dusty Yak Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee our residential properties and ensure a smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential properties.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work with contractors and vendors.
Update Trustees regarding the daily activities of the company
Oversee and manage housekeeping and laundry staff
Ensure the safety and security of our properties and residents
Manage budgets and expenses related to property maintenance and upkeep
Keep accurate records and documentation of all property management activities
