Job Description

Must have knowledge about cleaning chemicals
Must have knowledge about how to train the cleaning staffs
Must make sure that all the assigned areas are cleaned on time with proper materials
Providing proper cleaning materials for cleaning staffs for cleanliness
Coordination with other departments
Recording data regarding works assignments, personnel actions, periodic reports, etc.
Attend staff meetings to discuss company plan and policies
Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and makes recommendations to management
