Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Hotel Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in any star-rated hotel. The Hotel Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage, while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Monitor staff performance, manage budgets, and maintain service quality standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback effectively.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve operational goals.
