Job Description

As the Hotel Manager at Hotel Ambrosia, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure a superior guest experience. You will manage staff, coordinate services, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining the hotel's high standards of service and quality. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all departments are running smoothly and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, aiming to achieve or exceed profitability targets.
  • Ensure guest service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and adhere to hotel standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, and local businesses.
  • Ensure the hotel’s physical appearance and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
