Job Description

We are looking well Experienced, Smart and Energetic candidate for Hotel & F&B Managers to our 3 Star Property, who is responsible in Managing Employees for Planning, Marketing, Co-ordinating and Administering hotel services such as Accommodation, Restaurant & Bar, SPA, Laundry & Travel Desk facilities with having below job description.

  • Welcoming guests during check-in and bidding farewell on departure
  • Communicating with the guest for any assistance and fulfill their requirements
  • Organize, Direct and Evaluate Food and Beverage Services
  • Print daily reports for Housekeeping, F&B, Laundry, SPA & Scheduling Shifts.
  • Supervise all other employees of the property & manage all day to day operations.
  • Able to design business strategies and plans to meet the company’s goals and targets and implement for the business growth of the company
  • Contacting potential clients by telephone or direct visiting them for the marketing as instructed by the Management.
  • Researching current market trends, collaborating with the S&M Department to develop various promotional activities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, required to work odd hours and outside the regular office timings when required
  • Co-ordinate & Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products.
  • Ensure practices of health and safety regulations
