We are seeking a reliable and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hostel. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests, as well as ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide them with information about the hostel, its facilities, and the surrounding area
• Register guests, assign rooms, and issue keys or cards as appropriate
• Manage reservations and ensure that all bookings are accurate and up-to-date
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and property, including monitoring the building and grounds, responding to emergencies, and enforcing rules and regulations
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that all areas of the hostel are kept clean and well-maintained
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Address guest complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, incidents, and any other relevant data
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the hostel and any issues that arise
