Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various levels of hospitality
Create and update training manuals, guides, and e-learning materials.
Ensure training programs are aligned with the latest industry standards and company objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and approach Hospitality (F&B Service/Production and Housekeeping) Candidates from various accessible sources.
Evaluate organizational performance to verify that training meets business needs and enhances performance.
Evaluate trainees' abilities, performance, and productivity to find areas of supply.
Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Analyze training outcomes and feedback to continuously improve training programs.
Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes
Implement innovative training techniques and tools to enhance learning experiences and report to senior management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

At least a BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) degree with a specialty in hospitality is required.
Must have knowledge of food and beverage service and housekeeping, and minimum two years of continuous hospitality management experience in a reputable hotel/training academy.
Computer proficient, having expertise in MS Office.
Experienced with advanced hospitality training procedures.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have attractive personality.
Should be hardworking.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent track record of developing and delivering hospitality training programs.
Must have problem solving abilities.
