Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates

  • Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency including front desk, housekeeping, services, maintenance and security
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform strategic decision making
  • Manage budgets, expenses and revenue streams to achieve financial goals
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff members
  • Develop internal control and smart management of apartment
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion including potential renovations or property enhancements
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high quality standards
  • Review and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and financial metrics for senior management
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies and procedures
  • Must have high PR in hospitality industry and INGOs
  • Must have a good concept of value for money
