Our Mission: To develop and provide high quality, sustainable, comprehensive and affordable eye care service network in the country by identifying and mobilizing local, national and international resources, and to attain multi-sectoral partnership, basic and clinical research into eye diseases, human resource development in eye care, product development in order to provide eye care services to all segments of population without any discrimination, by maintaining equity, efficiency, and excellence and rehabilitation for those with incurable visual and deafness disability through the effective mobilization of volunteers.

Job Title               :  Hospital Manager
No. of positions  :  One
Duty Station         :  Palpa Lions Lacoul Eye Hospital, Palpa
Term                      :  One year with possibility of extension
Salary& Benefit  :  As per Organization’s rules
Age                         : Below 35 years

Major Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Information Management, Material Management and the management of various other processes, all under the guidance and in cooperation with the Medical Superintendent and Chairman
  • Implementing appropriate processes for monitoring of quality, performance and progress, for learning and planning and for transparent and effective decision-making
  • Carefully developing an organisational culture of trust, team spirit, high commitment and openness

Qualification and Competency:

  • MBA/MBS with good knowledge on HRM, Financial Management & Information Management
  • Ability to think strategically and to translate experiences and ideas into workable concepts and strategies
  • Good English language ability (speaking, writing and reading)
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet)
  • Experience in hospital management is preferable
