Job Description

The  Residential take care staff is responsible for overall supervision and management of the boy’s hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for students. This role involves maintaining discipline, overseeing the welfare of the students, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel facilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students in the hostel.
  • Maintain a disciplined and orderly environment in the hostel.
  • Be available for students to address their personal and academic concerns.
  • Ensure discipline, education, cleanliness and need of the children and hostel management.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, health, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with Hostel in-Charge regarding student matters.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the hostel.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety rules within the Hostel.
  • Record and report the needs of the children in timely manner.
  • Assist Hostel In-Charge to organize and supervise extracurricular and social activities for students and to prepare child development plan.
