Job Description

The Residential take care staff is responsible for overall supervision and management of the boy’s hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for students. This role involves maintaining discipline, overseeing the welfare of the students, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel facilities.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students in the hostel.
Maintain a disciplined and orderly environment in the hostel.
Be available for students to address their personal and academic concerns.
Ensure discipline, education, cleanliness and need of the children and hostel management.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, health, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with Hostel in-Charge regarding student matters.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the hostel.
Implement and enforce health and safety rules within the Hostel.
Record and report the needs of the children in timely manner.
Assist Hostel In-Charge to organize and supervise extracurricular and social activities for students and to prepare child development plan.
