Job Description

Corporate Level : Manager

  • Manage and coordinate the home collection team, including phlebotomists and sample transport personnel.
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling and routing strategies to maximize collection productivity.
  • Ensure the safe and proper handling of patient samples during collection and transport.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, track performance metrics, and report on service quality.
  • Collaborate with the Laboratory Director and Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to collection staff and conduct performance
