Job Description

Corporate Level : Manager

Manage and coordinate the home collection team, including phlebotomists and sample transport personnel.
Develop and implement efficient scheduling and routing strategies to maximize collection productivity.
Ensure the safe and proper handling of patient samples during collection and transport.
Maintain accurate records of collections, track performance metrics, and report on service quality.
Collaborate with the Laboratory Director and Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training, guidance, and support to collection staff and conduct performance
