Job Description

Developing and modifying tour package and itineraries for a variety of individual clients and groups
Handling holiday information desk and dealing with clients with required tour packages
Interface directly with clients to resolve related issues and answer questions, so effective customer service skills are a necessity
Successfully plan every aspect of a tour, from charter vehicles to attraction tickets, so the group must be highly organized when it comes to logistics planning
Full coordination with ticketing and operation department to develop, deliver and operate a tour package
