Job Description

Position Purpose:

The main purpose of this position is to oversee all human resource management operations across branches and ensure they’re aligned with the company’s business goals contributing to the development of the company’s business strategy, value, and mission. The position also requires the overall management of administration services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company. 

The position is accountable for the following responsibilities that are not limited to:

  • To support the management team to formulate strategic objectives and assist to deliver as per the set business goals
  • Policy formulation and implementation
  • HR & Admin team management
  • Maintaining employee relations
  • Asset management 
  • Employee database and payroll management
  • Setting HRM plans according to the company's business goals
  • Professional & personal development of employees
  • People management and capacity building
  • Managing employee team-building events 
  • Regulating the ISO Requirements

Eligibility (The Eligibility shall be strictly followed)

  • A Masters Degree in Business Management/ Human resources or similar discipline. 
  • Within the age range of 27-38 years

Knowledge & Skills 

  • Understands the present environment of employee relations & Nepal Labour law.
  • Knowledge on the current HR trends.
  • Good communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with capability to work independently. 
  • Human Resources functional capabilities: Recruitment, HR Metrics, Remuneration, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Change Management
  • Coaching and Mentoring Skills
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills
  • Decision Making Skills 

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in an HR senior position. Excellent knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
