Kantipur International College (KIC), formerly known as Kantipur Hotel Management College (KHMC), established in 2000 A.D. is an affiliate college of Purbanchal University. Currently, KIC is running its programs at two different locations in the Kathmandu valley. The College of Management, the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Law are situated at New Baneshwor, the centre of capital city and the College of Science & Technology is located at Gwarko, a peaceful suburb of Lalitpur district.

KIC is persevering to instill quality education to its students in order to resource the job market with skilled, efficient, dedicated & qualified professionals in diverse fields such as hospitality industries, banking sectors, corporate houses, consultancies and engineering fields. Job Description

  • Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership for the design, implementation, and continuous evaluation of all Law programs.
  • Oversee and enhance the quality of legal education, including curriculum development, pedagogical innovation, and adherence to academic standards.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate highly qualified Law faculty, fostering their professional development and ensuring excellence in teaching and research.
  • Forge and strengthen strategic partnerships with legal institutions, judiciary bodies, law firms, and professional organizations.
  • Drive the Faculty's growth and reputation by developing effective marketing and enrollment strategies and promoting its achievements.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and resources of the Faculty, ensuring efficient administration, compliance, and effective resource allocation.
  • Analyze academic performance data (e.g., exam results) and implement strategic action plans for continuous improvement in student outcomes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards governing legal education and professional conduct.
  • Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment for both students and faculty.
  • Act as a key representative of the Faculty in institutional, professional, and public forums.
