Job Description

As a Helpdesk Support Executive, you will wear many hats and have the opportunity to progress within the company. You will work closely with our Implementation and Support team to deliver high-quality customer service to our clients while learning about the entire post-sales process along the way. This is an entry-level position.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-implementation Requirement Gathering, Business Process Mapping and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD)
  • System Setup, Configuration & Implementation
  • End-User Training & Post-Implementation Support

Basic Requirements

  • Solid foundational knowledge in accounting.
  • Prior experience with ERP software development companies, resellers, consultancies, or as an end-user.
  • Hands-on experience with Accounting and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience (BBA, BIM, BBS preferred).
  • Professional Proficiency in English, Hindi and Nepali.
  • Must have own transportation.
