Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and committed Health Worker (Nurse) to support the operations of our rehabilitation home for survivors of human trafficking. The role requires working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the provision of high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the health care system within the rehabilitation home
Prepare and execute the health care plan of the residents (survivors)
Carry out regular health check up of the existing residents
Reporting of the health status of residents of the residential home
