Job Purpose:

Health Personnel provide basic medical care, monitor patient well-being, and support preventive health activities. They assist in treatment, maintain health records, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed. Compassion, attentiveness, and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies are essential for this role.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HA/ CMA/Nurse in related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Language: Proficiency in Nepali and English
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and information
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal: Excellent relationship-building and writing skills.
• Cultural Competence: Awareness of cultural differences and sensitivities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
