Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in diagnosing and treating common medical conditions under the supervision of medical officers.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures and first aid treatment as required.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patient progress and report any changes to the senior medical staff.
  • Assist in emergency cases and manage triage situations.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare and post-treatment care.
  • Support the medical team in health camps and community outreach programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certified Health Assistant with a relevant degree/diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of basic medical procedures and treatments.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle emergency situations calmly.
