Job Description

Assist patients in moving and transferring, both within the healthcare facility and during activities of daily living.
Measure and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
Provide assistance to patients with eating and drinking, including those who require special diets or feeding tubes.
Explain healthcare procedures, treatment plans, and post-treatment instructions to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate patient records, including updating charts and documenting care provided.
Follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols to minimize the risk of spreading infections.
Regularly report to healthcare professionals regarding patients' conditions, changes, and concerns.
Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
