• To strategize and achieve Domestic and International Re-Insurance sales targets across multiple product categories.
• To drive business growth through forging strong Strategic tie-ups and Alliances for Re-Insurance Products distribution.
• To promote business development initiatives for Customer engagement, acquisition, and promoting high yield product preferences
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, primarily Insurance Companies and Reinsurance Companies.
• Introducing new products of Reinsurance Companies and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with Insurance Companies.
• Increasing profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use value-added services wherever possible;
• Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
• Ensuring credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors' products;
• Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets, sometimes including monitoring the performance of other sales staff.
• Working with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand.
• Preparation of Reinsurance Contract Papers and related documents.
• Manage Reinsurance Accounting.
• Other tasks as assigned by CEO.
