  • Minimum 8-10 years of managerial experience handling production unit at factory setup with  workforce exceeding more than 200 workers
  • Graduate in Food Technology/Industrial Engineering/Food Processing
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communicator in English and Nepali with strong leadership skills

Job Description

  • Capable to present issue in logical manner to critical stakeholders related to the company both in writing and speaking
  • Clear understanding and working experience on food safety, food standard, production planning, quality control, maintenance planning, manpower planning, supply chain planning and other works as required to run a beverage plant efficiently and effectively.
  • Experienced in managing various production & manufacturing (beverages) related audits and plan accordingly
  • Clear understanding and working experience on requirements as set by Department of Food , Technology and Quality Control, Nepal Bureau of Standards & Metrology and other relevant requirements as set by the regulatory authorities for a beverage manufacturing unit in Nepal.
  • Capability to prepare various MIS reports, Monthly Reports and other reports within deadline as instructed by Management
  • Capability to prepare various SOP, policies and manual to enhance the production system of the company as instructed by Management
  • Penchant for innovation and having knowledge of beverage business related vendors, service providers domestic as well as international
  • Capable to lead, guide and motivate diverse team
  • Proactive & result oriented
